Where do you ship?

United States only for now.

How much is shipping?

A flat $5.95 on orders under $60, and free on orders of $60 or more. Devotional letter subscriptions always include shipping.

When will my order ship?

• Journals, prints, canvas, mugs, candles, totes, caps, stickers, and ornaments are made to order just for you. They usually ship in 2 to 5 business days and arrive in about 4 to 9 business days.
• Bibles, books, and bundles are ordered from the publisher for you and ship from us in 7 to 10 business days.
• Devotional letters mail on the 1st (and the 15th for Two Letters and Annual) for orders placed by the 25th.

Will my order come in one box?

Not always. Made-to-order items and books ship from different places, so you may receive more than one package, at no extra cost to you.

Made-to-order items (journals, prints, canvas, mugs, candles, totes, caps, stickers, ornaments) are printed just for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.

Bibles and books can be returned unused and in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Subscriptions: cancel anytime before your next billing date. Letters that have already been mailed aren't refundable, but if one goes missing we'll replace it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us within 12 hours. Made-to-order items enter production quickly, so we can't always change them after that.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Which Bible translations do you sell?

Our Bibles are English Standard Version (ESV) editions from Crossway. On our own designs, letters, and art we quote the KJV, BSB, and WEB.

Are your candles safe to burn unattended?

No. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick to 1/4" before each use and burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
