Orders placed by 11:59 p.m. Pacific on the 25th mail on the 1st of the next month. Orders placed after the 25th start with the following month's mailing. Two Letters and Annual members receive a second letter mailed on the 15th. US delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days after mailing.
You're charged the full plan price when you subscribe, then again on the same date each billing period (monthly, or yearly for the Annual plan) until you cancel. Your receipt email shows your plan, price, billing frequency, and how to cancel.
Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel online anytime from your account (the link in your receipt email), or call or text us at (669) 216-6351. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Letters already paid for will still be mailed.
All monthly plans (Sealed in Grace Letter, Two Letters, Keepsake Box) are continuous subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree that your plan will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged the price shown ($12, $19, or $34 per month, plus any applicable tax) every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time online through your account or by contacting us at (669) 216-6351, and cancellation takes effect before your next billing date. We'll email you a confirmation that includes these terms and how to cancel. If we ever change your price, we'll notify you in advance and give you a chance to cancel.
The Annual Letter Plan renews automatically each year at $199 until you cancel. We'll email you a reminder 15 to 45 days before each renewal with the renewal date, price, and how to cancel.
